Grant County PUD has taken my request under advisement and will be responding with an answer. Commissioner Tom Flint, agreed with the proposal and Tim Culbertson Pud Manager (who developed the Electrical Summit) ageed at the PUD's Electrical Summit saying "What is the down side the worst he can do is say no"!
