6. Establishing a "single National medical form" to streamline, speedup, and verify services are being rendered to patients. Nearly 2 Billion dollars are lost annually to medical fraud on false claims to Medicare and Medicaid!
7. Installing National Investment Zones and granting long term tax credits for companies who come back to America! This action will restimulate nationally new long term jobs and increase the exportation of American Goods worldwide to balance our trade imbalance!
